Use and rights
A place to play
Joshua Gonzalez, who operates the MAAQ studio from Mexico, creates and maintains Magic Learning. You may use the app to play on your own, with family or in educational activities. You may save games through Downloads to play offline within the app and export your progress. No payment or donation is required to play.
Our materials
© 2026 MAAQ. We reserve the rights to Magic Learning’s original code, text, branding and artwork. Access to the app does not grant permission to republish, host, sell or redistribute those materials. Uses permitted by applicable law remain available.
Materials from others
Third-party tools, fonts and other materials keep their own licences. Our notice does not replace or restrict the permissions those licences grant. You can read the full notices using the links below.
Learning and trying again
The games offer practice and exploration. Progress reflects saved activity; it does not certify knowledge or guarantee a learning outcome. Anyone who is not reading yet or needs help can play with someone alongside them.
Availability and your progress
Your connection, device and available browser storage can affect access. Save games before going offline and keep a backup of your progress. These terms do not limit your statutory rights or exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
